Once your payment is complete, you gain immediate access to the expert's booking calendar. Select a time that works for you, and a Zoom link will be automatically generated and sent to both parties. The expert's calendar shows real availability, updated in real time.
For written Q&A, refunds are available if the expert fails to respond within the stated SLA. For video calls, cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance receive a full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours may be rescheduled but are not refundable. Retainers can be cancelled at any time before the next billing cycle.
